Salary: $156,400 – $227,424 USD per year

What you will do

• Collaborate within the team to build new features targeting high-impact enterprise customers.
• Drive the decomposition of the monolithic platform into various scalable services.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to refine and fine-tune requirements.
• Review implementation plans and pull requests to maintain high engineering standards.
• Mentor and coach other team members to improve overall engineering practices.
• Contribute to platform scaling initiatives and tooling automation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in frontend development using React and TypeScript.
• Experience building and maintaining Node.js services that interface with distributed APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), microservices, and monolith-to-services modernization.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States (no immigration sponsorship provided).
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for critical production issues.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) as productivity tools.
