What you will do

• Develop and integrate optoelectronic components into complex multi-disciplinary connectivity projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including industrial design, mechanics, electronics, and software development.
• Perform optical simulations, modeling, and hardware evaluation of camera sensors and modules.
• Conduct image quality measurements and tuning using specialized tools like Imatest and Chromatix.
• Work through the full product lifecycle from concept brainstorming to high-volume production.

Requirements

• Master of Science degree in optics, engineering physics, computer science, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of optical components, sensors, cameras, and displays.
• Proficiency in Matlab, Python, or similar tools for engineering analysis.
• Hands-on experience working in optics laboratories.
• English: Good proficiency in speaking and writing required.

Nice to have

• Experience with computer vision and image processing (noise reduction, white balancing, etc.).
• Knowledge of optical simulation tools such as Zemax or Light tools.
• Experience with embedded system software development.
• Familiarity with chipset providers like Qualcomm, MediaTek, or NXP.
