What you will do

• Lead development of automation solutions for high-pressure homogenizers
• Set direction for automation and digitalization across the homogenizer portfolio
• Enable data-driven features like process control, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance
• Develop and apply digital twins for performance analysis and equipment testing
• Align solutions with internal digital initiatives, FactoryOS, and technology standards
• Ensure cyber security and data security compliance

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or similar
• Solid experience (typically 10+ years) in industrial automation, preferably process industries
• Strong knowledge of automation systems (e.g. Siemens, Rockwell) and architectures
• Interest and experience in digitalization, industrial data, or connected equipment
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority

Nice to have

• Exposure to digital twins, advanced sensing, industrial data platforms, or cyber security
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in automation, sensors, connectivity, ML/AI
