What you will do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot reported issues for external customers on software.
- Track and log tickets, defects, and enhancement requests using case management tools.
- Create software configurations and duplicate technical problems to resolve them with internal departments.
- Develop and maintain customer and internal knowledge articles following KCS standards.
- Collaborate with testers and developers to escalate issues following established protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, services, or software development.
- Experience supporting Client-Server Applications, Relational Databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server), Networking, and Windows OS.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with management and customers.
- Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
- IT Administration experience (System, Network, and/or database administration).
- Experience with Software Configuration Management or Application Lifecycle Management tools.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, HTML, and XML.
- Know-how of OSLC technology.
