What you will do

  • Provide telephone and email-based post-sales technical support for software products
  • Investigate customer-reported issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolution
  • Proactively update customers on progress of outstanding queries
  • Respond to all customer requests timely while improving experience
  • Diagnose and solve queries related to MDM solutions
  • Reproduce customer environments using various devices to troubleshoot issues

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, IT, Computer Science or related field
  • Fluent French and English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of OSI model and networking principles (Firewalls, Protocols, Subnetting)
  • Solid understanding of modern Windows client (Windows 10/11) and server OS (Windows Server 2019/2022)
  • Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS)
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience; strong problem-solving, team player, self-motivated

Nice to have

  • Experience with database management systems (SQL Server)
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
