What you will do

• Oversee daily nursing and lab operations within an opioid treatment program.
• Administer methadone as prescribed and assess the appropriateness of patient dosing.
• Supervise, train, and manage schedules for nursing and phlebotomy staff.
• Maintain precise patient dosing records and manage medical supply inventory.
• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with physicians and community providers.
• Conduct internal audits and program reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Valid RN nursing license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of one year of experience in substance abuse treatment and administration.
• Advanced knowledge of medication-assisted treatment.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Nashville, TN
