What you will do

• Develop and implement Client Development Plans and pursuit strategies for water and wastewater clients in Southern California.
• Lead proposal development and make critical Go/No Go decisions for new business opportunities.
• Manage overall business financial goals, budgets, and contracts for the water sector.
• Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with clients, teaming partners, and contractors.
• Supervise and mentor project team members to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prefer 20+ years of professional experience managing multi-disciplinary teams for water/wastewater utility and government projects.
• Proven experience in consulting, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Los Angeles, CA.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screens.
