What you will do

• Govern the workflow of the AM Private Investment Committees to provide essential risk management and ensure efficient business flows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for reviewing potential investments, transactions, and allocation proposals.
• Coordinate and track memo reviews in partnership with deal teams, counsel, and committee chairpersons.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure thorough due diligence.
• Manage strategic projects aimed at automating the committee governance process to increase scale and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with senior management and federation teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver on tight timelines.
• Solid understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, and Alternative products.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas.
