What you will do

• Support Regional Directors and Senior Associates in daily business development and retention activities.
• Prepare presentation materials, including portfolio reviews and introductory decks for institutional clients.
• Compile performance data and analytical materials for client meetings and inquiries.
• Facilitate due diligence requests and client questionnaires.
• Maintain CRM database and build marketing lists for institutional forums.
• Review and edit RFPs while communicating with internal research, legal, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
• 2+ years of work experience in Financial Services or a similar field.
• Strong quantitative problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Must obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses within the first 8 weeks of hire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
