TL;DR

Senior EH&S Specialist (EUV Manufacturing): Provide technical assistance in development and implementation of Workplace Health & Safety Programs with an accent on compliance, incident reporting, analysis, and corrective actions. Focus on EHS program execution, risk assessments, regulatory compliance, training, coaching, and promoting safety culture in factory operations.

Location: Onsite in Wilton, CT, US. You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship and legally authorized to access controlled technology.

What you will do

• Serve as primary EHS point of contact for EUV factory areas, providing daily support, risk identification, and real-time issue resolution.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and hirify.global standards through inspections, audits, and regulatory support.
• Deliver EHS training, coach on safe practices, and promote safety culture via proactive activities.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project teams to embed EHS into daily work and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field preferred; 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of EHS programs, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
• Experience with risk assessment tools, Job Safety Analysis, work permitting, and applying EHS to manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and coaching skills.
• Practical, solution-oriented mindset and positive collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Crane and Hoist, Power Trucks training, Electrical Safety.
