Location: Hub based, London or Bristol preferred. Must be in the office at least once a week.

Salary: £43,610 - £62,801

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes for Cloud & Hardware sub-categories, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and significant cost savings.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with hirify.global's Plan Zero sustainability ambitions.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive collaboration and innovation.
• Conduct market analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and technology trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and present material commercial initiatives to the C-suite.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or category management.
• Proven track record of negotiation and delivering material commercial benefits.
• Strong analytical skills to source and interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Commitment to sustainability and ethical procurement practices.
• Must be based in the UK; sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Required to work from a hub office at least once a week.

Nice to have

• CIPS qualification or currently working towards it.
• Experience with procurement systems such as Workday Strategic Sourcing.
• Previous experience sourcing within the energy sector.
