What you will do

• Assist in obtaining and comparing supplier quotations.
• Support project meetings by preparing purchasing-related information.
• Assess suppliers for capability, capacity, and suitability against project requirements.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Learn and apply hirify.global’s purchasing procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication and basic negotiation skills.
• Interest in procurement, supply chain, or engineering environments.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn technical concepts related to markets and products.
• Experience using Windchill or other PDM/PLM tools beneficial.
