What you will do

• Lead procurement from pre-contract (assisting bids, tendering, flowing down client terms) to post-contract (package strategies, procurement plans, scope creation, tender assessments).
• Negotiate subcontracts including flowdowns, special conditions, payment milestones, and liabilities.
• Organize kick-off meetings, expedite requirements, manage change orders, and ensure adherence to hirify.global compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Sales, Engineering, Quality, Legal) on major projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years in senior procurement role managing multiple subcontract packages in project environments.
• Proven experience creating, negotiating, and managing NEC forms (NEC3&4); knowledge of MF1, FIDIC, IChemE desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP procurement system, mechanical/electrical/C&I packages, plant/equipment, site services.
• Membership of CIPS (essential); professional/post-graduate procurement or management qualification.
• Engineering qualifications (ONC, HNC, HND) desirable; experience in change management and working under pressure.
