What you will do

• Assist CPO in defining product strategy and vision aligned with business and IT objectives.
• Conduct deep-dive interviews with IR managers to build prioritized roadmaps for fast time-to-market.
• Define digital solutions, workflows, APIs, and embedded widgets for seamless client integration.
• Collaborate with UX team on web design validation and client testing via co-design approach.
• Oversee global product roadmap delivery in partnership with business and IT teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) as "CEO of the Product" and optimize based on usage metrics.
• Drive innovation with product team, industry experts, and client leadership; potentially manage 1-2 product managers.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous.
• Minimum 5+ years in product management, ideally SaaS or tech-driven environments launching/scaling digital products.
• Strong grasp of full product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, web backend, CMS, frontend, data tech, AI concepts.
• Functional knowledge of financial sector to translate complex data into client value.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with dev, sales, marketing, support; excellent stakeholder communication.
• Analytical mindset focused on customer needs and market trends.
