What you will do

• Define and own the overall strategy and roadmap for global audience monetization.
• Integrate and scale programmatic advertising, direct brand deals, and affiliate partnerships.
• Maximize revenue by leveraging high-intent moments across the user journey.
• Execute "0 to 1" initiatives, combining high-level strategy with hands-on implementation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, run performance tests, and monitor results to scale successful levers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and scaling monetization practices from the ground up.
• Ability to balance strategic ownership with hands-on execution.
• Experience working across diverse global markets.
