Enterprise Cyber Security Solution Architect (Cybersecurity): Designing, maturing, and governing enterprise-wide cybersecurity solutions across IAM/IGA, PAM, DLP, Application Security, and PKI with an accent on Zero Trust principles, security standards, and multi-year roadmaps. Focus on architecting Microsoft Entra ID, Saviynt IGA, CyberArk PAM, Microsoft Purview DLP capabilities, defining reference architectures, and leading integrations for secure, scalable implementations.

Location: North Tampa, FL (Hybrid). Must be local to Tampa to be considered. Must legally be able to work in the United States for any employer effective immediately. No Corp-to-Corp.

What you will do

• Define IAM/IGA architectures and roadmaps for Microsoft Entra ID and Saviynt, including passwordless auth, Conditional Access, RBAC, and non-human identities.
• Lead PAM maturity with CyberArk, architecting privileged session recording, JIT provisioning, and hybrid environments.
• Design enterprise DLP strategies using Microsoft Purview for email, endpoints, cloud, and data at rest, aligned with governance.
• Establish secure application architectures, SDLC integration, and security reviews for authentication and data handling.
• Govern PKI lifecycle and certificate management for passwordless initiatives.
• Contribute to cyber defense governance, threat detection, and enterprise risk discussions.

Requirements

• Must be local to Tampa, FL and legally authorized to work in the US immediately without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity/IT with architecture exposure, expertise in IAM/IGA, PAM, DLP, AppSec, PKI.
• Two cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Strong knowledge of threat landscape, NIST/ISO 27001, enterprise architecture frameworks, SIEM/IDS/IPS.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate across stakeholders.

Nice to have

• ITIL v3 certification.
• Advanced certs like CRISC, CEH, GIAC, OSCP.
• Experience with risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, Zero Trust implementations.
