Salary: $187,500–$312,500 (Chicago IL only); $202,500–$337,500 (New York NY only)

What you will do
- Lead delivery of Microsoft Threat Protection solutions including Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, Cloud Apps, and Sentinel.
- Advise CISOs on threat detection, incident response, and security operations transformation using Zero Trust and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Design enterprise detection strategies, oversee threat modeling, red/purple team exercises, and threat hunting.
- Manage security assessments, maturity roadmaps, regulatory compliance, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive business development including opportunity origination, proposals, sales, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field
- Relevant certifications: SC-200, AZ-500, CISSP, CISM, GIAC or equivalent required
- 10+ years in cybersecurity focused on threat detection, response, and operations
- Prior experience leading $3M+ annual sales in threat protection services
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Defender suite and Sentinel; threat intelligence and incident response frameworks
- Experience with KQL, PowerShell; lead client engagements; can travel as needed
