What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain business-critical infrastructure and software to power the hirify.global demo environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, security, and tracing teams to ensure new features are demo-ready.
• Ship high-quality code and architecture to support global Pre and Post Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing.
• Monitor system health, respond to on-call alerts, and deliver fixes to keep demo solutions reliable and fast.
• Support internal customers by troubleshooting, tracking feature requests, and reporting incidents.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and GitLab CI/CD.
• 2+ years of experience in cloud-native or multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, and Azure).
• Proficiency with Git, writing tests to catch regressions, and using CI for automation.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows and refine AI-generated output.
• Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
