What you will do

• Review user-generated content according to community guidelines with speed and quality;
• Investigate and resolve internal and external reports;
• Escalate relevant issues to stakeholders and collaborate to ensure product safety.

Requirements

• English mastery: Upper intermediate level (C1);
• Ability to work in different shifts and days, including night shifts and weekends (40h per week);
• Attentive to details and able to follow strict guidelines;
• Good interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in trust & safety field;
• Mastery of other languages.
