What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for English-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Provide timely and thoughtful support to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with customers and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Contribute feedback and ideas to improve the proactive customer care approach.
- Manage projects from initial planning through execution and reporting.
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1 level) required.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Lisbon office (Hybrid).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early, late, or overnight schedules.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable applying new knowledge quickly.
