Location: Larnaca, Cyprus. Hybrid (2 days WFH). Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available.

What you will do
- Respond to client inquiries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate technical support and detailed information regarding products and services.
- Educate clients on features, benefits, and promotions to enhance their trading experience.
- Troubleshoot support issues and offer guidance to assist clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client needs.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate managers and suggest areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Must be able to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including night shifts and occasional weekends.
- University degree or relevant professional experience in customer support or HORECA roles.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (C2).
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Legal authorization to work in Cyprus.
