What you will do

  • Answer customer questions about the service and its features via Front.com.
  • Assist users with technical issues and coordinate with the IT team in urgent cases.
  • Handle incoming escalations and process refund requests.
  • Build friendly relationships with customers and collect product feedback.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a customer support specialist, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a "happiness manager" mindset to build user loyalty.
  • Polite, sociable, and patient approach to communication and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to quickly learn and memorize product functionality and workflows.
