What you will do
- Answer customer questions about the service and its features via Front.com.
- Assist users with technical issues and coordinate with the IT team in urgent cases.
- Handle incoming escalations and process refund requests.
- Build friendly relationships with customers and collect product feedback.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a customer support specialist, preferably in a similar environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a "happiness manager" mindset to build user loyalty.
- Polite, sociable, and patient approach to communication and conflict resolution.
- Ability to quickly learn and memorize product functionality and workflows.
