What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, reliable backend systems using GCP-native services.
• Drive projects from inception to delivery, owning the full software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ship features and improvements.
• Apply AI-based tools to boost productivity and code quality.
• Participate in architecture discussions and propose scalable solutions.
• Mentor juniors through pairing, code reviews, and support.

Requirements

• 4–5 years professional backend software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to run projects autonomously and deliver production systems.
• Strong proficiency in backend languages like Java, Python, Node.js, Kotlin.
• 2+ years with cloud environments (GCP preferred), deployment, monitoring.
• Experience with secure APIs, distributed systems, microservices.
• CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform, observability tools.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
