What you will do

• Maintain strict confidentiality while working with diverse data types including text, speech, image, and video.
• Label data using provided guidelines and tools to meet KPIs on quality, AHT, and TAT.
• Act as subject matter expert in ML data workflows: research, create responses, rank, annotate multimedia.
• Make logical decisions on ambiguous tasks, pivot quickly, and handle end-to-end labeling independently.
• Contribute to root cause analysis, error pattern identification, process improvements, and floor support.

Requirements

• CEFR C1+ fluency in French
• CEFR B2+ written and spoken English
• Associate’s Degree or related experience
• Strong business writing, advanced reading comprehension, analytical thinking, problem-solving
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, proficient research from multiple sources
• High attention to detail, multi-tasking, concentration for complex tasks

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Experience with task execution, open-source research, fast-paced environments
• Project coordination, stakeholder management, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
