What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Applied Scientists and AI/ML Engineers, fostering technical excellence.
• Define technical strategy for AI/ML solutions focused on CRM data insights.
• Build intelligence for AI-native CRM, including agentic workflows and reasoning engines.
• Partner with AI Platform team on LLMOps strategy for experimentation and deployment.
• Apply scientific intuition to optimize AI systems for real-world performance.
• Act as technical authority shaping AI engineering roadmap and critical systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years applied science or engineering experience in high-scale ML/AI production
• Proven leadership scaling technical teams and mentoring senior talent
• Deep expertise in AI engineering: agentic orchestration (LangGraph), RAG, vector databases
• Track record delivering AI/ML solutions at scale with customer value
• Broad ML/Deep Learning knowledge and practical trade-offs
• Product sense, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), distributed systems, data engineering

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, feature stores, batch pipelines
