What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain platform services and tools to enhance the developer experience for all engineers.
• Implement AI-driven solutions and coding assistants to improve productivity and code quality.
• Build agentic workflows to streamline manual tasks and provide intelligent recommendations based on historical data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate internal knowledge and best practices into development tools.
• Champion AI tools through governance committees and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or GoLang.
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in the context of coding assistants.
• Experience in end-to-end design and implementation of software products and RESTful web services.
