What you will do

• Manage and respond to messages and comments on Facebook and Instagram for four different brands.
• Monitor and engage with audiences on X (Twitter), Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Handle online review responses on Google Reviews, TrustPilot, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
• Moderate Reddit community discussions and manage user requests in official groups.
• Execute growth activities such as inviting ad-engaged users to like the Facebook page.
• Ensure quality assurance by monitoring moderator activity logs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with high attention to detail.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Miami, Florida, USA Eastern Time.
