Location: Remote (USA). Core hours are 10am - 4pm Central Time.

What you will do

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies across Discord, Reddit, forums, and social media to grow the global player base.
• Act as the internal voice of the player by analyzing sentiment and providing actionable insights to development and leadership teams.
• Partner with marketing, PR, and customer support to align messaging and improve the overall player experience.
• Manage community standards and empower moderators, influencers, and brand advocates to maintain safe spaces.
• Plan and execute community events, livestreams, and promotional campaigns to drive retention and brand loyalty.
• Support live service operations through clear communications regarding game updates and roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community management or player engagement within gaming or digital entertainment.
• In-depth and extensive knowledge of Last Epoch and ARPGs.
• Must have a webcam and be willing to appear on camera for livestreams and public events.
• Ability to work core hours from 10am to 4pm Central Time.
• Proven track record of analyzing player sentiment and using social listening and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or PR preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with content creation tools for visual assets, GIFs, and memes.
• Experience in crisis communication.
• Team leadership or mentorship experience.
• Collaboration experience with international communities, particularly in the APAC region.
