Analyst, Data Exchange (Medtech): Configuration, loading, and maintenance of accumulator, claims, and override data in Enterprise Health Platform with an accent on migrating data from previous adjudication systems and ensuring parity of logic. Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC area). Ability to travel 5-10%.
Salary: $76,800 - $121,000 USD

What you will do
- Configure, load, and maintain data from previous adjudication systems into Judi platform.
- Provide subject matter expertise to customers for successful migration and parity of logic.
- Devise repeatable processes for data implementation, establish milestones, and maintain project plans.
- Perform QA and claims testing to validate data loads and adjudication results.
- Partner with Analytics to author test cases and monitoring processes.
- Identify risks, contribute to playbooks for scaling configurations, and resolve critical issues within SLAs.
Requirements
- 1+ years in Analyst, Software Engineering, or related role
- 1+ year PBM or Health Plan operations experience with adjudication configurations
- Experience with complex analyses on large datasets, data management, statistics, modeling.
- Work with structured/unstructured data; proficient in SQL, JSON, Java, R, Excel, data visualization tools.
- Track record leading cross-functional initiatives, project/time management, prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation skills; work with virtual teams.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Experience with AWS Redshift.
