What you will do

• Maintain data integrity throughout the reporting lifecycle and implement reconciliation workflows.
• Conduct experience studies, medical trend studies, and profitability analysis.
• Run queries to analyze medical cost and utilization drivers with sensitivity modeling.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc financial and operational reports.
• Perform in-depth claims analysis of baseline and ongoing contract data.
• Support continuous improvement of data capabilities and departmental reporting quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 0-2 years of related analytics or actuarial experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database tools.
• Strong commitment to data accuracy and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
