What you will do

• Design and implement AI agents for optimization application development cycles using Gurobi solver and libraries.
• Architect integrations of optimization components into AI features across products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI requirements and ensure best practices.
• Develop prompt and context engineering for production AI systems.
• Design test cases, evaluate AI features, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Act as internal AI expert, providing guidance on use cases and approaches.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• 5+ years as software engineer
• 2+ years hands-on with prompt engineering, knowledge base management, or ML application development
• 2+ years developing mathematical optimization applications
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proficient in Python, Node.js, or Go

Nice to have

• Experience with AI platforms (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI), protocols (MCP, A2A), orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph)
• Understanding of generative AI agents, RAG architecture, vector databases
• ML concepts including reinforcement learning
• Responsible AI practices, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs
• CI/CD pipelines, ML frameworks (MetaFlow, MLFlow), Docker, agile methodologies
