What you will do

• Architect and lead development of AI-first coding platform.
• Design real-time collaboration systems between AI agents and developers.
• Build agentic systems for task planning, code writing, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate LLMs like Claude into production workflows.
• Implement tool-use, agent orchestration, and reasoning loops.
• Define scalable AWS-based architecture for distributed AI systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience as Software Architect or Staff+ Engineer.
• Proven experience building or designing AI/agentic systems.
• Deep knowledge of LLM integrations, function calling/tool-use, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and context management.
• Hands-on AWS and cloud-native architectures experience.
• Background in distributed systems and scalable platform design.
• Experience across stacks like .NET with openness to others.
• English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal)

Nice to have

• Experience with developer platforms or coding tools like Replit or Cursor.
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems or orchestration frameworks.
• Background in AI-powered DevOps, CI/CD, or product-led engineering.
