What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and data processing systems using .NET and C#.
• Implement AI-driven solutions for document processing, text generation, and other product features.
• Identify and integrate GenAI use cases to add real value to a healthcare revenue cycle management platform.
• Mentor and guide team members in AI-assisted development practices using tools like Copilot and Claude.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to identify potential AI applications for the project.
• Apply software engineering best practices in testing, debugging, code reviews, and Agile workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience with .NET, C#, and strong OOP fundamentals.
• Daily hands-on experience applying GenAI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) in development workflows.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server and writing efficient queries.
• Knowledge of REST API design and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Strong understanding of unit/integration testing and debugging.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with regulated systems, preferably in the healthcare domain.
• Experience migrating legacy systems to a modern technology stack.
