What you will do

• Support mechanical design and sizing, accounting for thermal constraints in cryogenic environments.
• Create and update manufacturing drawings and technical documentation for production and assembly needs.
• Bridge the gap between the design office and manufacturing to ensure designs are compatible with workshop and client site constraints.
• Monitor production progress, identify risks like delays or non-conformities, and propose corrective actions.
• Perform incoming inspection, parts validation, and hands-on assembly of prototypes.
• Improve manufacturing processes and draft operational work instructions and assembly procedures.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modeling, 2D drawings, ISO dimensioning) and familiarity with PDM systems.
• Deep understanding of mechanics, material properties, manufacturing processes, and thermal engineering.
• Fluent English communication skills (C1).
• Ability to work onsite in Paris and Aubervilliers, France.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cryogenic systems or experimental environments.
• Basic understanding of RF electronics or superconducting technologies.
• Previous industrial or production-related experience.
• Written and oral skills in French.
