Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 USD

What you will do

• Translate product goals into intuitive, polished user experiences from concept through production
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship member-facing features using AI-assisted development workflows
• Build and maintain performant web applications using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS
• Design responsive, mobile-first user interfaces for seamless experience across devices
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to shape product and UX decisions
• Promote best practices in frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, and maintainability

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend or full stack software development
• Strong experience with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS in production web applications
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to user-facing features end-to-end
• Strong product sense and focus on intuitive user experiences
• Experience with responsive, mobile-first interfaces and RESTful APIs
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with ambiguity, strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
