What you will do

• Collaborate with product team in discovery to define user needs and guide direction.
• Plan and facilitate design thinking workshops for collaboration and idea exploration.
• Create low- and high-fidelity mock-ups or prototypes, iterating based on feedback.
• Support Development during implementation to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Lead a product area and contribute to growing the design practice.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B SaaS creating comprehensive experiences across platforms.
• Familiarity designing for AI-driven experiences in products and team processes.
• Designing simple, quality end-to-end solutions in highly technical domains.
• Communicating design rationale structuredly to foster collaboration.
• Understanding ecosystem solutions for seamless user experiences.

Nice to have

• Professional UX Designer experience in fast-paced environments for multiple dev teams.
• Planning and moderating discovery activities for user journeys and needs.
• Validation experience (interviews, usability sessions, etc.).
• Contributing to design processes, systems, or Design Ops.
• Proficiency with Figma, Confluence, Jira.
• Understanding of front-end tools (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
