Location: Remote - Canada (Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver). Must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in Canada.

What you will do
- Own the creative vision and quality standards for paid social, display, video, and landing page formats to ensure high conversion benchmarks.
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of designers, project managers, and motion contractors.
- Manage the department's P&L, including budgeting for staffing and tech investments, and monitoring margins and revenue targets.
- Partner with paid media and client success teams to ensure all creative work is data-informed.
- Lead the adoption and integration of AI creative tools into real production workflows to improve efficiency.
- Represent the department in new business pitches and conduct monthly leadership meetings with clients to discuss results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative roles within performance marketing, paid media, or growth-focused agencies.
- 2+ years of direct agency experience.
- Proven track record of managing creative teams and balancing creative quality with business outcomes.
- Direct experience managing P&L, margins, and resourcing decisions.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI creative tools (generative image, AI-powered video, design analytics) into workflows.
- Must permanently reside in Canada and possess valid work authorization.

- Experience with platforms such as EyeQuant, Creatify, or Superside.
