Salary: $95,950 - $106,000 USD Annually

What you will do

• Develop well-scoped features for creative analytics, insights, and reporting workflows.
• Write and execute unit, component, contract, and integration tests to ensure high feature quality.
• Debug and validate code, creating documentation on how new features should be tested.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and assist in investigating incidents and alerts.
• Author technical designs for small features or components using classical data structures and algorithms.
• Use AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, and code exploration.

Requirements

• Some software engineering experience (professional, academic, or internship).
• Ability to write clean, testable code and debug effectively.
• Understanding of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices.
• Familiarity with release processes and CI/CD concepts.
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and gRPC.
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (Redis).
• Experience utilizing ORMs like Prisma or Sequelize.
