What you will do

• Translate ambiguous business objectives into clear, shippable Agentic AI-powered solutions.
• Act as the deep technical authority during critical pre-sales evaluations and post-sales deployments.
• Synthesize customer pain points and integration patterns to influence the core product roadmap.
• Navigate enterprise infrastructure to integrate AI platforms with custom data connectors and orchestration logic.
• Design and deploy complex multi-agent systems and fine-tuned models tailored to specific domain and security requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and JS/TS.
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs and value propositions to non-technical C-suite executives.
• Experience designing retrieval pipelines and decision logic using MCP frameworks.
