• Identify and resolve technical problems within Oasis software modules to prevent casino downtime.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and slot audit managers to ensure system success.
• Maintain detailed case documentation and provide technical information to internal teams.
• Partner with implementation, customer success, and development teams to address sophisticated issues and special projects.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent relevant technical experience.
• 3 years of technical experience including SQL, corporate networking, or virtual environment support.
• Proficiency with MSSQL Server (2012+), CISCO, Netgear, HP switches, and routers.
• Experience with VMWare, Hyper-V, or cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
