What you will do

• Review Java problems and model-generated solutions, judging correctness, code quality, and reasoning.
• Evaluate if code handles edge cases, uses the right approach, and is production-quality.
• Identify where model logic fails and document failure patterns for training improvements.
• Flag problem specifications for appropriateness and challenge level in AI training.

Requirements

• Deep fluency in Java, including object-oriented design, concurrency, JVM internals, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture.
• Ability to articulate why a solution is wrong or weak, beyond just technical depth.
• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or related field (strong signal).
• Real-world Java experience, competitive programming, open-source contributions, or technical writing (strong signal).
• Secure computer and high-speed internet (as contractor).
