TL;DR

Customer Care Specialist (Cloud Communications): Communicate with customers to solve problems and concerns, report issues to internal teams, and coordinate resolution processes with an accent on customer satisfaction and positive interactions. Location: Remote, office-based, or hybrid (*medical insurance and sports card available for employees located in Bulgaria)

What you will do

  • Communicate with customers to help solve their problems and concerns;
  • Report issues to account managers, technical specialists, and developers;
  • Coordinate and monitor the problem-solving process, receiving feedback from clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced);
  • Resilience under pressure;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs;
  • Keen appetite for learning and self-improvement;
  • Dynamic, proactive approach with flexibility for rotating shifts: morning (9:00–18:00), evening (13:00–22:00), night (22:00–7:00).
