What you will do
- Log and coordinate execution of ITAD service requests.
- Perform new customer system onboarding and create/update customer profiles.
- Review and validate documents through communication with internal departments.
- Ensure accurate system configuration based on customer requirements and business processes.
- Handle communication on behalf of supported external and internal partners.
- Make reports on customers based on products taken and their status.
Requirements
- Very good English knowledge (B2–C1).
- Experience working with people.
- Customer support experience (advantage).
- Knowledge of MS Excel (advantage).
- Work schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00 on a hybrid model.
