TL;DR

Customer Support & Onboarding Admin Specialist (ITAD): Logging and coordinating ITAD service requests, managing customer onboarding, and maintaining accurate customer profiles and system configuration with an accent on document review, cross-department validation, and reporting on product status. Focus on handling partner communications and ensuring correct system setup based on customer requirements in a hybrid Mon–Fri schedule.

What you will do

  • Log and coordinate execution of ITAD service requests.
  • Perform new customer system onboarding and create/update customer profiles.
  • Review and validate documents through communication with internal departments.
  • Ensure accurate system configuration based on customer requirements and business processes.
  • Handle communication on behalf of supported external and internal partners.
  • Make reports on customers based on products taken and their status.

Requirements

  • Very good English knowledge (B2–C1).
  • Experience working with people.
  • Customer support experience (advantage).
  • Knowledge of MS Excel (advantage).
  • Work schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00 on a hybrid model.
