What you will do

• Prepare, review, and negotiate license agreements, collaboration agreements, and deal memos.
• Advise business teams on legal strategy for various commercial transactions related to licensing.
• Improve organizational efficiency through effective contract administration and document management.
• Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to avoid litigation.
• Conduct legal research and monitor relevant legal developments.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years PQE.
• Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department specifically within licensing and related transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with trademark law.
• Spanish language skills.
