What you will do

• Use AI tools like Figma AI and Adobe Firefly for rapid exploration of layouts, concepts, and variants with human QA.
• Design web experiences for AI search, assistants, conversational shopping, semantic UIs, and chat patterns.
• Own UI patterns for personalization, recommendations, and AI-driven experimentation with A/B and bandit allocation.
• Develop AI-first workflows, prompt-libraries, and operations for content, assets, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2).
• Lead core web design: IA, wireframes, prototypes for key pages; maintain design system; execute CRO roadmap.
• Enhance team processes to agile model, manage resources, mentor designers, handle handoffs, and communicate with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7–10 years in web design for e-commerce, including 4+ years leading, mentoring, and managing design team operations.
• Portfolio showing shipped PDP/PLP/Checkout improvements tied to business metrics.
• Expert in Figma (components, variables, Dev Mode); strong visual/motion craft and responsive design.
• Proven experience implementing GenAI tools into design pipeline with prompt engineering, quality control, brand governance.
• Familiarity with AI-shaped UX patterns: conversational search, recommendations, experiments (A/B vs multi-armed bandits).
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and SEO fundamentals for e-commerce.
