What you will do

• Lead design and development projects from concept to production, providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct complex problem-solving and failure analysis using advanced engineering tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Suppliers to ensure products meet customer specifications and market needs.
• Execute Design Reviews, DFM, and DFA for new product development.
• Mentor and coach entry-level engineers and interns in engineering principles and problem-solving.
• Identify and develop intellectual property claims while improving internal processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and manufacturing.
• Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Valid Visa and ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency in 3-D Parametric Solid Modeling (SolidWorks preferred), MS Project, and MS Office.
• Expertise in FEA, FMEA, DOE, QFD, DFMA, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
