What you will do

• Maintain accurate administrative forms for the recycle process.
• Operate equipment within standard safety and operating parameters.
• Feed correct scrap material to ensure proper product coloration and properties.
• Achieve scheduled production rates and report non-conforming product.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document it.
• Assist and train co-workers as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 12-hour shifts
• Ability to bend, squat, stand, pull, and wear PPE (earplugs, safety glasses)
• User knowledge of basic computer functions.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot process issues.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as scheduled.
