What you will do

• Design and execute consumer validation programs for connected hardware, firmware, mobile apps, and cloud services, managing tester recruitment, logistics, and engagement.
• Triage and reproduce bugs from tester reports, validate severity with QA, and own Centercode-to-JIRA workflow.
• Synthesize feedback, telemetry, and data into insights using AI tools, dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally with QA, Engineering, Product Management, UX, and Support to prioritize improvements and flag release risks.
• Deliver detailed reports for teams and executive summaries with metrics on issues, engagement, and business impact.
• Continuously improve program processes, tooling, and feedback quality based on best practices and competitive benchmarks.

Requirements

• BA/BS in technical, product, or business field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in beta/alpha/delta program management or user validation for consumer hardware, IoT, or software.
• Hands-on bug triage, reproduction, and QA partnership experience.
• Technical fluency in mobile apps, cloud services, firmware, and hardware.
• Experience with Centercode, JIRA, Power BI/Tableau, Confluence, Excel, and SQL.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and communicate effectively across stakeholders and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools like Claude AI.
• QA engineering or hardware validation background.
• Delta testing, agile methodologies, and SDLC knowledge.
• Consumer electronics or smart home experience.
• VoC frameworks, user research, prototype security, and PMP certification.
