What you will do

• Own product areas end-to-end from initial problem definition through to shipped solutions.
• Simplify complex financial concepts and translate them into clear, accessible product experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to ship significant features.
• Contribute to the development and scaling of design systems and product foundations.
• Identify user problems, explore and vet solutions, and deliver polished designs that balance usability, clarity, and trust.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to own product areas and build scalable design systems.
• Strong product thinking and UX fundamentals with a knack for simplifying complex problems.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly evolving product requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions and tradeoffs.

Nice to have

• Experience designing financial products or fintech experiences.
• Experience designing for users with varying levels of financial literacy.
• Experience working on early-stage or fast-growing product teams.
