TL;DR

What you will do
- Develop full-stack web applications using Ruby on Rails, including front-end with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Hotwire or Phoenix LiveView.
- Design RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and manage PostgreSQL databases.
- Implement user-friendly UI/UX interfaces collaborating with product managers and designers.
- Write clean code, conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Own feature delivery lifecycle, from technical design to deployment via CI/CD.
- Collaborate through pair programming, code reviews, mentoring, and clear communication.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack experience with Ruby on Rails as primary framework.
- Proficiency in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (APIs, PostgreSQL).
- Ability to work fully remotely, self-directed in agile iterative process.
- Skills in code quality maintenance, testing, debugging, and simplification.
- Transparent communication, ownership, and collaboration in small teams.

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Commerce Cloud.
- Cloud platforms like AWS or Heroku.
